This year 121 Kids’ theme for Vacation Bible X-treme is “OUTFLOW, Taking True Love to a Real World.”  We are creating a kid-centered environment throughout our entire church, including The Westend which houses Waves, The Theatre, and The Warehouse.  Our God-centered focus will be teaching Kindergartners thru 5th graders how God’s love can OUTFLOW through them to others.

The focus goes along with the vision of 121 Community Church as a whole and our intense focus this year.  We are excited to provide this opportunity for all children to come learn more about God and His call for their lives.  All kids who have completed Kindergarten through 5th grade are invited to join us for this year’s VBX. Jeremiah 1:7-8 says “But the LORD said to me, "Do not say, 'I am only a child.' You must go to everyone I send you to and say whatever I command you. Do not be afraid of them, for I am with you and will rescue you," declares the LORD.” Just like Jeremiah, we don’t need to say that we are only a child because God calls us to Take True love to a Real World and He equips us to do so. When we turn our hearts outward as God intends, His love is released to OUTFLOW through us to our families, friends, communities, and ultimately into a thirsty world. You don’t want to miss this year – it is going to be great!

We will meet each evening at 6:00 from Wednesday, June 25 through Friday, June 27 at 121CC. Then, we will gather at the church on Saturday morning for OPERATION OUTFLOW, where we will spread through the community and serve through various local mission projects and then meet back at 121CC for lunch and a very special XGAMES rally.  On Saturday, our families will have a choice to serve at the Union Gospel Mission, Grace Outreach, The Exchange Church, La Comunidad, local nursing homes or World Relief.  We will then wrap things up on Sunday morning at our regular service times (9:15 and 11:00) for a special worship service for everyone.  Join us at our “Shipping Center” as we package God’s love and “Outflow” it to others.
