in tow speaks volumes more. More...

Nehemiah (click
to read it in The Message)
(Old Testament book)
Tucked
between Ezra and Esther in the Old Testament, the book of Nehemiah
offers a timeless example of the obedience of a committed believer
who received a mission assignment from God. Nehemiah's mission
trip involved asking for time off work, acquiring resources, following
a tight timeline, fighting off the naysayers, and a BIG wall. In
the end, God proved Himself faithful in provisions of time, money,
workers, and a plan that could only be accomplished through reliance
on Him.
